Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or using IronRing ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. IronRing is operated by IronRing LLC (d/b/a IronRing Automation) ("we," "us," or "IronRing"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Subscription and billing
IronRing is billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription begins on the date you complete onboarding. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. Overages (calls exceeding your plan's included minutes) are billed at $0.25 per minute and charged at the end of each billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the term.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@ironringauto.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Annual subscribers who cancel early will retain service through the end of the paid term but will not receive a refund for unused months.
SMS messaging
IronRing sends SMS messages to your business's callers on your behalf, such as appointment confirmations, booking follow-ups, and call recaps. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Caller consent for SMS is obtained verbally during inbound phone calls. The AI receptionist informs callers that they will receive a text message summary or booking confirmation at the phone number they called from.
- Message frequency varies based on caller interactions, typically 1 to 3 messages per interaction.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Callers may reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@ironringauto.com.
- IronRing does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All SMS messages are sent from IronRing-registered phone numbers and identify your business by name.
Acceptable use
You agree to use IronRing only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to engage in fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated call handling complies with any applicable state or federal disclosure requirements (e.g., call recording laws). You must provide accurate business information during onboarding and keep it current.
Limitation of liability
IronRing provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, that every booking will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronRing's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. In no event will IronRing be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-revenue damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
