Who sends these messages
SMS messages described on this page are sent by Iron Ring LLC (d/b/a IronRing Automation), 737 N 900 E #513, Provo, UT 84606. Questions about SMS consent or this documentation: hello@ironringauto.com.
Web form opt-in
Consumers opt in to SMS on our website at https://ironringauto.com/demo by entering their name and mobile number in the “Get demo updates by text” form and checking an optional consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form, book a demo, or use any part of our service — consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox displays the following language, verbatim:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from IronRing Automation, including appointment confirmations and service updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”
Links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy appear directly beneath the checkbox, at the point of collection.
Verbal opt-in during inbound calls
Consumers may also opt in verbally. A consumer calls a participating business’s phone line, which is answered by our AI receptionist. When the caller books an appointment, the receptionist asks, verbatim:
“Would you like a text confirmation of your appointment at this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
A text message is sent only after the caller clearly answers yes, and only to the caller’s own number — the number they are calling from. If the caller declines, no message is sent and the receptionist confirms the appointment verbally instead.

- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
