Our commitment
Iron Ring LLC (d/b/a IronRing Automation) is committed to ensuring that our websites — ironringauto.com and onboard.ironringauto.com — are accessible to people with disabilities. We want every visitor, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, and keyboard-only navigation, to be able to learn about our service, book a demo, and manage their account.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the W3C. Our sites are built with semantic HTML landmarks and headings, visible keyboard focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, skip-to-content links, reduced-motion support that honors your operating-system preference, and touch targets sized for mobile use.
Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We audit our pages with automated tooling (axe-core) across desktop and mobile viewports as part of our development process, and we review new features against WCAG 2.2 AA before release.
Known limitations
Some portions of our sites rely on third-party services whose interfaces we do not control:
- The demo scheduling form on our /demo page is provided by Cal.com inside an embedded frame. If you have difficulty using it, you can book by phone instead — call or text (916) 694-1013.
- Billing management is provided through Stripe-hosted pages.
