What we collect

IronRing collects contact information (name, email, phone number, business name) when you sign up for our service. For clients, we collect Google Calendar access solely to check availability and book appointments on behalf of your business. We collect call logs and transcripts generated by your AI receptionist to provide dashboard analytics.

How we use your data

We use your information to operate your AI receptionist service — answering calls, booking appointments, sending SMS confirmations, and generating performance reports. Calendar access is used exclusively for scheduling. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or business data with third parties. Data may be shared with service providers (Twilio for SMS, Supabase for database hosting) only as necessary to operate the service. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

SMS & Mobile Messaging

IronRing LLC (d/b/a IronRing Automation) is committed to protecting your privacy regarding mobile communications.

• We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
• SMS consent is obtained verbally during inbound phone calls with our AI receptionist. During the call, the AI informs callers that they will receive a text message at the phone number they called from and that they can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• All SMS messages sent by IronRing LLC will identify our business by name.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our service.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us.

Data retention

Call logs are retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@ironringauto.com. Google Calendar access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. All API credentials are stored securely and are never exposed to third parties. Access to production systems is limited to IronRing team members.
